These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the vippp platform. By accessing or using vippp, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vippp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is accessible at vippp.ws and provides sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and related services to eligible players. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on vippp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
vippp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on vippp.ws. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

Bangladesh Players
vippp serves players located in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in BDT.
One Account
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

All data transmitted on vippp is protected by SSL encryption. Your personal and financial data is secure.
Eligibility and Registration
Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the vippp Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vippp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings derived from activity during the underage period will be voided and forfeited.
Clause 1.2
One Account Per Player
Each individual person may hold only one active account on the vippp Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vippp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and permanently ban any player found to have maintained multiple accounts. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists in your name, you must notify vippp support immediately.
Clause 1.3
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for a vippp account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
Account Security and Responsibility
Clause 2.1
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vippp account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vippp will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use was the result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must change your password immediately and contact vippp support without delay.
Clause 2.2
Know Your Customer (KYC)
vippp reserves the right to require players to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC documentation may include a government-issued identity document and proof of address. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended until verification is completed. Refusing to complete KYC is grounds for account suspension.
Clause 2.3
Account Suspension and Closure
vippp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; the player has failed to complete KYC verification; or the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other unlawful activity. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Clause 2.4
Self-Exclusion Requests
Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the vippp Platform at any time. A self-exclusion request must be submitted in writing to vippp support. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be suspended for the agreed exclusion period and the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. vippp will make reasonable efforts to prevent promotional communications from being sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
vippp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. vippp reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and belong to an account registered in their own name.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. vippp does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard payouts. Players must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal request involving bonus funds can be approved. vippp reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in a delay to processing time. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification requirements.
Clause 3.3
Refused and Reversed Transactions
vippp reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the transaction is made using a payment instrument not registered to the account holder, or where the transaction would violate applicable regulations. In cases where a deposit is reversed or disputed by the payment provider, vippp reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount from the player's account balance, including from winnings if necessary.
Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 4.1
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers at vippp are subject to specific eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the terms of the individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required actions (such as making a qualifying deposit). vippp reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where a player has a history of withdrawing immediately after claiming a bonus without genuine play.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by vippp are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be met within any time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Clause 4.3
Misuse of Bonuses
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other activity that vippp determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, vippp reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.
Betting Rules
Clause 5.1
Placement and Acceptance of Bets
A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the vippp system and a unique bet reference has been generated. It is the player's responsibility to verify that their bet has been accepted before the relevant event begins. vippp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where there is a system error, where odds were published in error, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or unusual betting patterns. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known will be voided.
Clause 5.2
Live and In-Play Betting
Live and in-play betting markets at vippp are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting the progress of the event. vippp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any live betting market at any time without notice, including during the event itself. In the event of a delay in bet placement due to connectivity issues or system processing time, bets may be accepted or rejected based on the odds available at the time the bet is received by the vippp server, not the odds displayed on the player's screen at the time of submission.
Clause 5.3
Void Bets and Event Cancellations
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play period has been completed (as defined by the rules of the relevant sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. If an event is interrupted but subsequently completed within a reasonable period (typically 24 hours for cricket matches and 48 hours for other sports), bets will stand. In cases where the result of a voided bet has already been settled in the player's favour, vippp reserves the right to reverse that settlement and return the stake.
Responsible Gaming
Clause 6.1
Age Verification and Underage Gambling
vippp strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. vippp employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen, and any winnings accumulated during the underage period will be forfeited. vippp will not knowingly allow underage persons to access the Platform and will co-operate fully with any investigation into underage gambling.
Clause 6.2
Player Protection Tools
vippp provides players with a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from their account settings. These include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time limits; reality check reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature and to seek assistance from responsible gaming support organisations. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vippp Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform, as well as referral to the appropriate authorities where relevant.
Clause 7.1
Fraud and Money Laundering
Players must not use the vippp Platform for any fraudulent purpose or in connection with any criminal offence, including but not limited to: depositing funds derived from criminal activity; using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments; structuring transactions to evade anti-money laundering controls; or using the Platform to transfer funds between parties without genuine gambling activity. vippp co-operates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
Clause 7.2
Collusion and Match Fixing
Players must not engage in any form of collusion with other players or third parties that is designed to gain an unfair advantage on the vippp Platform. Players must not place bets on any event where they have inside knowledge of the outcome, or where such knowledge has been obtained through illegal means. Participation in, or facilitation of, any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or event manipulation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.
Clause 7.3
Technical Exploitation
Players must not exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the vippp Platform for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through the exploitation of a technical error are not considered valid and will be voided. Players who discover a technical error or vulnerability on the Platform are required to report it to vippp support immediately and must not exploit it before or after making that report.
Limitation of Liability and Amendments
Clause 8.1
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vippp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, delay, or failure in the availability of the Platform; any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill; or any error in odds, results, or payout calculations that is corrected promptly upon discovery. vippp's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 8.2
Platform Availability
vippp aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond vippp's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. vippp will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. No compensation will be payable for Platform unavailability unless required by applicable law.
Clause 8.3
Amendments to Terms
vippp may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on vippp.ws. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting vippp support.
